Rockstar Boats, LLC, Advertising Agreement
I, _____________________________________, hereby enter into contract with Rockstar Boats, LLC (Here after referred to as RB) on ____ of______________20______.
This is a non exclusive contract and the Seller has the right to advertise with other sources, the fee paid to RB is non refundable and payable only when the below listed boat sells, whether on our website or thru other media. Your initial For the Sum of $5,000.00,____or $10,000.00____ $20,000.00____(US Dollars), RB, an Internet Advertising Company will advertise one boat, described below, for a period of One Year from the date of this contact. The seller agrees to pay the advertise fee within 5 days of the boat sale. If at the end of 1 year the listed boat has not sold, no fee is due. The Seller understands that failure to pay will result in litigation, it is further understood that any and all legal action will be pursued at the Seller’s expense.
RB is a advertise Agency only, not the seller, and will be responsible for posting and maintaining the web advertise listing only. In no way is RB responsible for transportation, storage or condition of the boat. The seller will be bound by all laws applicable in his/her home state or country. Any disputes regarding the sale of this boat are to be settled between the seller and buyer, RB remains a disinterested party. RB makes no claim to the condition of the boat, its motors or equipment in any way, shape or form.
RB does not charge a cancellation fee. As a matter of good faith, the Seller may cancel this contract at any time within the one year period, however, the Seller agrees that if the below advertise listed boat sells within 25 days, “Contract cancellation”, the Seller is still responsible for paying the listing fee. RB maintains the right to cancel and remove this advertising listing, at anytime, if RB cancels this listing, no fee is due.
The Seller agrees to all terms of this contract without exception. The Seller also understands that this contract shall not be considered ‘in effect’ until approved by RB or its authorized representative.
